Strategy
This is where we start our sustainability journey together; we map out what is possible to achieve in the long run and align that goal with what is feasible right now. Using this mindset, we are able to work with you to define ambitious-yet-realistic sustainability goals.
Design
Once the strategy is clear and receives the necessary buy-in from relevant parties (a process we can also assist with), we move to the design stage. This is where all details (technical and procedural) are pulled together in preparation for implementation.
Implementation
Sleeves-rolled-up, let’s build it! We help identify and work with the right technology and service providers, and ensure that the sustainability solutions laid out in the strategy and design stage are followed and put in place.
Verification
Once the implementation is done, and through systems and procedures put in place during the earlier stages, we will monitor and report on the performance of the project. This is where all the valuable data is collected and data analytics are applied to continually improve the performance.
